Today, official publication have been made of two separate cases brought before the General Court, in which Marcegaglia Specialties SpA and Çolakoğlu Metalurji AŞ have challenged Commission Implementing Regulation (EU) 2023/825 issued on 17 April 2023. This regulation extends the anti-dumping duty initially imposed by Implementing Regulation (EU) 2020/1408 on imports of certain hot rolled stainless steel sheets and coils originating in Indonesia to similar imports consigned from Türkiye, regardless of their declared origin: Marcegaglia Specialties v Commission (Case T-378/23) and Çolakoğlu Metalurji v Commission (Case T-379/23).
